The Brain Development Lab in Psychology will soon be conducting ROI analyses on various data sets collected at the LCNI. Before beginning these analyses they thought it might be valuable to get input from the LCNI user community with regard to ROI analysis. At least one other lab has contacted us with a similar interest, so we have proposed that this month's LCNI Science seminar be an in-depth discussion of the pros and cons of different approaches to ROI analysis and a sharing of practical advice for conducting these analyses. To stimulate discussion, three relevant papers can be accessed via the LCNI website (see link below). Feel free to add other relevant readings for those attending by forwarding .pdf versions to me (monabron@uoregon.edu) for uploading.
