BrainVoyager basic instructions
The following MS Word documents are graphical cheat sheets for doing
basic
tasks (functional image processing) with typical data using
BrainVoyager
at LCNI. Many people have found these useful as a starting point for
documenting
their own processing steps. They were originally created by Olivia
Bagdade.
MRIConvert
creates anatomical and functional BrainVoyager projects (.fmr, .vmr)
directly
from the DICOM files, obviating the need for the initial steps.
